Product Representative (Building & Construction Sales)

Up to S$3,000 Basic + S$1,000 Transport Allowance (Car/Motorbike)

Monthly Sales Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM

Work Location: Toa Payoh

We are looking for a motivated Product Representative to drive sales growth by promoting building and construction products to contractors, dealers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors, and building materials dealers to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations by coordinating product information, pricing, and inventory with internal teams.
• Organize and support product presentations, demonstrations, and marketing activities for architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries with principals and the warehouse team.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate sales orders using the SAP system.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Prepare product catalogues, technical data, and samples for customer presentations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Guide and support new Product Representatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of sales in the building construction, architectural, or technical products industry.
• Knowledge of building and construction materials is essential.
• Experience working with or selling to construction material companies is required.
• Comfortable visiting customer sites to conduct sales presentations and business development.
• Experience in both new business development (hunter) and account management (farmer) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own car or motorcycle for customer visits is preferred.
