Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to oversee production scheduling, material planning, and workflow coordination to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production, materials, and resources to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure smooth material and logistics flow while resolving operational issues with relevant departments.
• Create and review machining process plans, including high-speed machining processes and surface coating requirements.
• Work closely with the production and engineering teams to improve cycle time and production yield.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor project deliverables.
• Purchase production components and coordinate machine maintenance schedules.
• Prepare production and purchasing reports for management.
• Monitor and control production and purchasing budgets.
• Support the Sales Coordinator on assigned projects.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment, and operating procedures to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning within a manufacturing or precision machining environment.
• Knowledge of precision machining processes is an advantage.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
