Job Summary
Join Puricare as a Sales Executive to drive new business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships in the water dispenser market.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales by initiating phone calls, emails, and online communications to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and prospecting enquiries to convert them into confirmed sales
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Conduct cold calls to introduce products and services to new clients effectively
- Prepare accurate quotations and efficiently process customer orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently to support business growth
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system for effective sales tracking and follow-up
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
- Demonstrated "Hunter" mindset with proactive sales approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills applied in sales contexts
- Proficient in computer use for sales and CRM management
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous sales experience considered an advantage
- Comfortable working in a small and medium enterprise (SME) environment
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
