ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works, including cable containment, cable pulling, wiring, lighting, power, and ELV systems.
• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and shop drawings before execution.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work quality to meet project schedules.
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and prepare inspection requests (IRs).
• Attend site meetings and prepare daily progress reports.
• Identify and rectify electrical installation defects before project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction/site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, SLDs, shop drawings, and M&E coordination.
• Familiar with testing and commissioning procedures, QA/QC requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
