Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, and servicing of equipment while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation and commissioning of water dispenser equipment to ensure operational readiness
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maintain equipment efficiency
  • Test and verify equipment performance after installation or repairs to ensure quality standards
  • Provide technical support and basic operational training to customers to enhance user experience
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports and maintenance records for documentation and compliance
  • Follow company procedures and safety standards to ensure safe and effective work practices
  • Coordinate with operations team and customers to schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
  • Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted service delivery
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a valid driving license (Class 2 & 3) to travel to service locations safely and independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in field service, equipment installation, maintenance, or repair
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills applied to electrical and electronic systems
  • Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems relevant to water dispenser equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site assignments efficiently
