Project Engineer

Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (may need to work on Saturday due to project)

Plan, design, and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering works for building services projects from inception to completion.
Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation, and review engineering and construction drawings.
Conduct technical evaluations of tender submissions and prepare comprehensive tender evaluation reports.
Coordinate and participate in technical, design, and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Supervise project execution, monitor site progress, and identify any non-compliance or deviations from project specifications and quality standards.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support project and departmental objectives.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 1/3/5 years of relevant experience in the building services or M&E engineering industry, depending on the role level.
Prior experience in an M&E consulting firm will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of M&E system design, building projects, and relevant Singapore codes of practice and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM software is preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, proactively, and confidently.
Proven experience in the successful delivery of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Recreational building projects is preferred.
Eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore, will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant working experience but possessing strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
