  • Prepare the restaurant for daily opening and closing operations, maintaining cleanliness and readiness
  • Make sure and attend to guests' needs and ensure smooth table service throughout the dining experience
  • Maintain efficient coordination with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery and high service standards
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace discipline in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
