HR & Admin Assistant

  • Check and verify employees’ attendance and timesheet records
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record
  • Prepare documents for work pass applications, renewal and related matters
  • Computation of casual labour pay and CPF contributions
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Prepare and issue Letter of Employment to selected candidates
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
  • Assist with exit clearance and offboarding of outgoing employees
  • Provide support to various departments and operational teams
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, calculation, research, comparison and analysis
  • Maintain office environment and discipline
  • Plan and execute company events or activities
  • Support operations team and perform operational duties whenever necessary
  • Assist with special projects
  • Perform any other job tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Preferably with prior experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to explain and coordinate staffing matters accurately with the Chefs
  • Team player who is able to work independently
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment
