Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of a newly opening outlet. Restaurant manager responsibilities include formulating overall operation, managing people and establishing policies & good practices. To be successful in this role, you should have thorough understanding as well as be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring operation well-maintained. Ultimately, you will help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

Maintaining food quality, health and safety standards

Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints

Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data

Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

Check and ordering supplies while staying within budget limitations

Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste

Skills

Proven experience in managerial role

Experience in planning and budgeting

F&B Knowledge of business process and functions

Strong analytical ability

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Problem-solving aptitude
