Medical Hall / TCM Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with TCM products and health-related enquiries

Manage daily retail operations and inventory

Maintain store cleanliness and product display

Provide excellent customer service and sales support

Requirements

Experience in medical hall, TCM retail, pharmacy, or healthcare industry preferred

Knowledge of Chinese patent medicines is an advantage

Good communication and customer service skills

Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented

Candidates with TCM qualifications/background are preferred

TCM therapists (Tuina practitioners) are welcome to apply
