Temp HR Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our human resources department.
Duties include
- Screening resumes and arranging interviews
- Conducting interviews
- Data entry and loading information into the HRIS system
- Assist in onboarding the new hires
- Filing, scanning and maintaining employee records
- Creating and managing personnel files (P-files)
- Performing other HR admin duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
