Temp HR Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our human resources department.

Duties include

  • Screening resumes and arranging interviews
  • Conducting interviews
  • Data entry and loading information into the HRIS system
  • Assist in onboarding the new hires
  • Filing, scanning and maintaining employee records
  • Creating and managing personnel files (P-files)
  • Performing other HR admin duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
