Scheduler — AI Infrastructure Deployments

Nscale

About Nscale

At Nscale, we are building the infrastructure for the AI revolution. Nscale are developing cutting-edge sovereign generative AI solutions, powered by a new generation of high-performance, sustainable data centers and GPUs built specifically for AI workloads.

The growth of artificial intelligence is driving unprecedented global demand for compute and GPU infrastructure. Nscale is positioned at the heart of this transformation — building the platforms that will enable the next decade of innovation.

Nscale are working closely with the world’s most advanced AI technology providers, integrating next-gen compute hardware and GPU clusters in both partner and Nscale built facilities. This is an opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, play a key role in delivering transformative AI infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.

Nscale needs a scheduler who owns the master schedule — not transcribes it. You will build Nscale's integrated deployment schedule independently, challenge vendor inputs including Dell Professional Services, and produce the schedule pulse that keeps our VP, Site

PMs, and Integration PMs informed and ahead of problems. We are scaling concurrent deployments and need someone who can manage that complexity without waiting to be told what to do.

What You Will Do

  • Build and own the integrated master schedule for each active deployment — constructed from Nscale's own inputs and vendor data, not reformatted from what the vendor provides
  • Challenge Dell PS and other vendor schedules — identify unrealistic dates, missing dependencies, and critical path gaps, and raise them with data before they become delivery problems
  • Produce a daily or weekly schedule pulse to the VP and Site PMs — what moved, what is at risk, what needs a decision — without being prompted
  • Maintain schedule integrity across all active deployments — track actuals against baseline, update forecasts, and flag variances proactively
  • Build and maintain the integrated dependency map across Dell's 70% scope and Nscale's 30% scope — ensuring handover points and critical interfaces are tracked in real time
  • Support the development of scheduling templates and onboarding documentation for incoming schedulers
  • Contribute schedule data and analysis to leadership reporting and customer-facing status updates

What Will You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in project controls or CPM scheduling on complex infrastructure or construction programs
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent CPM scheduling tools — you build from scratch, not update templates
  • Strong critical path analysis — you identify float, compression points, and cascade risks as a natural part of how you read a schedule
  • Proactive communication instinct — you do not sit on a schedule risk. You surface it before it becomes a problem
  • Experience integrating schedules across multiple delivery organizations — vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments — you can produce a usable schedule from incomplete inputs
  • Willingness to work in PT timezone core hours regardless of location

Nice to have

  • Experience in data center construction, AI infrastructure deployment, or critical facilities project controls
  • Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and schedule performance index (SPI) metrics
  • Background working alongside a systems integrator or professional services firm delivery model
  • Tooling experience — Python, Power BI, or Smartsheet automation for schedule reporting
