RECRUITMENT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive hiring excellence across the organization.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Recruitment Officers.

Oversee the full recruitment process and ensure efficient hiring operations.

Handle administrative matters with management and external business partners.

Ensure personal KPIs and departmental KPIs are consistently achieved.

Coordinate closely with internal management and implement a structured interview system for hiring managers on a rotational basis.

Develop and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Create, refine, and continuously improve recruitment telescripts, and actively conduct recruitment telemarketing/cold calling to engage potential candidates.

Work collaboratively with different departments while being able to perform independently when required.

Degree and Diploma holders are welcome to apply for this position.

Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Possess a valid Employment Agency (EA) Certification/EA Personnel (CEI) certification as required under Singapore's Employment Agencies regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Must be meticulous and detail-oriented in work.

Able to work both independently and as a team player.

Fresh graduates need not apply.

Ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese will be an added advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
