Job Description

  • To handle customers counter service, enquiries (calls & emails), administrative and cashier duties

Requirement

  • GCE / ITE / Diploma
  • Bilingual to communicate with diverse group of customers. Preferably fluent in English
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and generate of reports
  • Patient and pleasant personality
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
  • Training will be provided

Working Hours

Weekly rotating Team A / Team B (5.5 days)

  • Team AMonday – Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pmSaturday : Rest DaySunday : 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Team BMonday – Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pmSaturday : 9:00 am – 1:00 pmSunday : Rest Day
