Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Performance Marketing Lead to own EPOS' customer acquisition strategy across paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that drive qualified leads, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth.
Working closely with the Marketing, Merchant Acquisition, Product, and Business Development teams, you will leverage analytics, experimentation, and marketing technology to maximize ROI while continuously improving campaign performance and customer conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute EPOS' performance marketing strategy across paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns to generate high-quality leads and support merchant growth targets.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics to identify optimization opportunities and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Partner with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing assets.
- Collaborate closely with Merchant Acquisition and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition efficiency.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign attribution.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and user journeys to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and digital marketing vendors where applicable.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital advertising best practices, AI marketing tools, and emerging customer acquisition channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6-8 years* of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role*.
- Proven experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable improvements in customer acquisition and campaign ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience within fintech, SaaS, technology, payments, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred.
