Hiring: Customer Support Engineer / Specialist

Industry: Role supports the Semiconductor business

Location: Changi

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: S$4,200 – S$5,500/month

Position: Customer Support Engineer / Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Provide prompt technical support and information to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback on product quality, delivery and services to internal teams.
  • Initiate and coordinate customer satisfaction improvement activities across departments.

Quality & Compliance

  • Comply with all company and customer quality, safety and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Observe safety procedures and use approved work methods both within the factory and at customer sites.

Failure Analysis

  • Perform failure analysis on defective products after receiving the necessary training.
  • Prepare detailed failure analysis reports.
  • Verify and identify defective products accurately.

Defect & Crisis Management

  • Lead containment and control activities during quality issues.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately when required.
  • Support operational tasks based on training plans and business needs.
