Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: S$4,200 – S$5,500/month
Position: Customer Support Engineer / Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Provide prompt technical support and information to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on product quality, delivery and services to internal teams.
- Initiate and coordinate customer satisfaction improvement activities across departments.
Quality & Compliance
- Comply with all company and customer quality, safety and compliance requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Observe safety procedures and use approved work methods both within the factory and at customer sites.
Failure Analysis
- Perform failure analysis on defective products after receiving the necessary training.
- Prepare detailed failure analysis reports.
- Verify and identify defective products accurately.
Defect & Crisis Management
- Lead containment and control activities during quality issues.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately when required.
- Support operational tasks based on training plans and business needs.
