Warehouse Operations Supervisor

• Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily warehouse operations.

• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for stock movements.

• Ensure proper filing, stock traceability and warehouse housekeeping.

• Support warehouse layout planning and efficient space utilisation.

• Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Perform hands-on warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.

• GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma holders

• 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse experience including supervisory exposure

• Familiar with inventory management systems or ERP systems

• Good understanding of stock control, warehouse documentation and operational processes

• Hands-on, organised, responsible and able to work independently

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines

• Singaporean only need apply
