Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to support our semiconductor facility projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site construction supervision, engineering coordination, progress monitoring, quality assurance, testing, commissioning support, and project delivery.
This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction activities and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor manpower, construction progress, material deliveries, and overall site conditions.
Assist in site measurements, inspections, testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and project completion activities.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, photo documentation, and other project records.
Support engineering teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Monitor and follow up on site issues, quality concerns, safety requirements, and defect rectification.
Perform any other site supervision and engineering duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in site supervision, construction management, engineering coordination, or project execution is preferred.
Basic knowledge of M&E systems, instrumentation and control systems, ELV systems, communication systems, PLC, SCADA, GMS, or facility monitoring systems is an advantage.
Able to interpret construction drawings, single-line diagrams, control wiring diagrams, I/O Lists, and engineering documentation.
Experience supervising contractors during installation, cable pulling, cable termination, testing, commissioning, and defect rectification.
Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive approach to resolving site issues and tracking project progress.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experienced in preparing site reports and project documentation.
Experience in Singapore construction projects, semiconductor facilities, cleanroom environments, M&E works, or instrumentation projects will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Possession of electrical, instrumentation, ELV, or communication-related certifications is an advantage.
Singapore Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification or relevant electrical qualifications are preferred.
Familiar with GMS, Gas Detection Systems, 4–20mA instrumentation signals, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC, or SCADA systems.
Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and system integration for industrial or semiconductor facility projects.
Familiar with PTW (Permit to Work), Risk Assessment (RA), Method Statements (MS), and site safety requirements.
