About The Role

We are seeking a skilled React Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. This role plays a key part in building modern, high-performance interfaces and contributing to continuous improvement of web development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance responsive web applications using React and modern front-end technologies
• Translate technical requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and high-quality outputs
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Document technical designs, specifications, and development processes
• Identify and resolve common development and deployment issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to configuration and release management activities to support smooth deployments
• Proactively suggest improvements based on recurring development patterns and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid foundation in web development (HTML, CSS) and responsive design
• Experience with version control and software development lifecycle practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions independently in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end integration
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Knowledge of performance optimization and web best practices
