About The Role
The Talent Experience Associate is a key member of Hegen's People & Workplace Experience (PWE) team, supporting talent attraction and recruitment activities across the organisation.
Working closely with hiring managers, functional leaders and internal stakeholders, this role plays a central role in coordinating recruitment activities, delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting talent acquisition initiatives from sourcing through onboarding.
In addition to talent coordination, the role will support employer branding, internship programmes and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen Hegen's employer brand and workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruitment administration and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, timely and positive recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records and talent acquisition systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Support recruitment campaigns, sourcing initiatives and talent attraction activities where required
- Monitor recruitment activity and support hiring reports, recruitment metrics and talent acquisition dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
Employer Branding & Talent Programmes
- Support employer branding initiatives, careers content and talent attraction activities
- Coordinate internship programmes, campus engagement activities and workforce development initiatives Support career fairs, networking events and other talent-related programmes
- Partner with educational institutions and external stakeholders to support talent attraction initiatives
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace events and employee experience programmes
- Assist with employee onboarding, communications and culture-building initiatives
- Support employee recognition, wellbeing and community initiatives
Programme Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate logistics, communications and administrative activities for talent and employee experience initiatives
- Maintain programme records, trackers and documentation
- Support reporting, data tracking and ad hoc People & Workplace Experience projects as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources or related fields will be advantageous
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn, with a strong interest in talent acquisition and candidate experience
