HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including overtime calculations, salary withholding, and salary release.
  • Process employee leave applications and maintain accurate leave records.
  • Coordinate training registrations and follow up on course confirmations and payment arrangements.
  • Administer the Time Management System, including roster uploads and employee data updates.
  • Assist with work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Verify invoices, raise purchase requisitions, and process goods receipt transactions.
  • Provide administrative support for employee-related resources, including stationery, uniforms, and safety shoes.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities (e.g. MOM) on HR-related matters, statutory surveys, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in a Human Resources role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
