HR Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll administration, including overtime calculations, salary withholding, and salary release.
- Process employee leave applications and maintain accurate leave records.
- Coordinate training registrations and follow up on course confirmations and payment arrangements.
- Administer the Time Management System, including roster uploads and employee data updates.
- Assist with work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Verify invoices, raise purchase requisitions, and process goods receipt transactions.
- Provide administrative support for employee-related resources, including stationery, uniforms, and safety shoes.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities (e.g. MOM) on HR-related matters, statutory surveys, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in a Human Resources role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
