We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Key Accounts) focused on Modern Trade and General Trade

【 Responsibilities 】

Key Account Management & Business Development

- Manage and grow key retail accounts including modern trade and general trade.

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with buyers and retailpartners to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.

- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities forexpansion and performance improvement.

Sales Planning & Execution

- Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customerinsights to identify business opportunities and gaps.

- Provide data-driven recommendations on product assortment, pricingstrategies, promotional activities, and shelf optimization.

- Plan and execute account-specific promotions, merchandising activities, andin-store visibility initiatives.

- Ensure proper implementation of POS materials, promotional displays, andplanogram compliance across retail outlets.

Product Launch & Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate stock transition activities and ensure smooth execution of newproduct launches.

- Work closely with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely orderprocessing, product availability, and delivery fulfilment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams toalign business strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Support forecasting, demand planning, and promotional planning activities.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends within theFMCG industry.

- Share market feedback and insights to support strategic decision-making andbusiness growth initiatives.

Key Requirement

· Possess at least 2 years of relevantexperience in the FMCG industry, preferably in handling domestic FMCG / TravelRetail / Key Accounts. Ability to work in Modern Trade / General Trade /Wholesale FMCG channels will be added advantage.

· Highly organized and meticulous withstrong presentation and negotiation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS.Outlook.

· Possess good communication andwritten skills in English. Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speakingcustomers and business associates will be an advantage due to businesscommunication requirements.

· Independent & team player withgood interpersonal & communication skills

· Ability to communicate withco-workers at all levels.

· Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and meet deadlines.

. Possess own transport with class 3 license and able to travel withinSingapore.
