Job Summary
Our client, a regional organization undergoing rapid growth, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives, supporting talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support business goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with recruitment teams
- Drive organizational development initiatives including succession planning and change management
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven workforce decisions
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company HR policies
- Facilitate training programs and support employee engagement initiatives
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 4–7 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a regional role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
