Job Summary

Our client, a regional organization undergoing rapid growth, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives, supporting talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support business goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with recruitment teams
• Drive organizational development initiatives including succession planning and change management
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven workforce decisions
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company HR policies
• Facilitate training programs and support employee engagement initiatives

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 4–7 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a regional role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills across all levels of the organization
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
