Quantity Surveyor

• Assist and report to the Contracts Manager for our client.
• Competent in reading and understanding drawings, build-up rates and perform measurements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, valuation of payments, claims, tender and contracts document.
• Valuation of payments and variations claims.

• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Manager.
