The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM Finance team supporting business growth in Asia by providing influential insights, strong financial stewardship and strategic business partnership to senior sales leaders.
This role will help shape decisions, unlock growth opportunities and support margin expansion through forward-looking analysis, scenario planning while uncovering AI-augmented workflows to accelerate insight generation and shift the finance team’s operating model from retrospective reporting to proactive, real-time strategic dialogue with business leaders.
What you’ll do
- Lead the reporting, budgeting and rolling forecasting processes for the Adobe businesses, translating performance into clear business insights and actions.
- Design robust planning processes, methodologies and modelling approaches to deliver timely, data-driven insights, scenario analysis and decision support.
- Act as a trusted strategic finance business partner to the sales organisation, proactively surfacing opportunities and risks, challenging assumptions and influencing key decisions.
- Coordinate, prepare and consolidate executive-facing reporting materials for business reviews, ensuring a clear performance narrative, actionable insights and concise recommendations.
- Drive transformative operational excellence through simplification, and use of AI driven analytics, predictive forecasting and automated reporting workflows, accelerating insights and improve productivity.
- Apply rigorous commercial judgment to AI-generated analysis, ensuring outputs are independently validated, contextually grounded and decision-ready before presentation to senior executives.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to distil complex analysis into clear messages for the business.
- A positive and “can do!” attitude as well as sense of immediacy to complete tasks is essential.
- Highly curious with a desire to get to root cause, and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations.
- A strong understanding of financial fundamentals, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and high attention to accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance or related field. A professional qualification (CA/CPA/MBA) is desirable.
- 10-12+ years of Sales Finance, Sales Operations or related experience required, preferably within a multinational face-paced software organisation.
- Demonstrated success in business partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional team members.
- A strong command of financial systems and processes, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience across TM1, pipeline management tools, building or deploying AI-assisted forecasting.
