Job Summary

Lead and coordinate stage performances at a KTV Lounge & Nightclub, managing performing artistes and stage crew to deliver engaging shows. Recruit talent, schedule events, train crew, and ensure safety and presentation standards during operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit performing artistes and singers from China, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Korea, and other countries as needed to support event programming
• Participate actively in all stage performances to maintain show quality and engagement
• Train and guide stage crew to enhance their performance skills and stage presence
• Schedule and select performing artistes for specific event performances to optimize show lineup
• Coordinate and attend all training sessions and rehearsals to ensure readiness and cohesion
• Source and manage necessary accessories and props to support performance requirements
• Demonstrate singing, dancing, and hosting skills to contribute to the entertainment experience
• Ensure all stage crew maintain a presentable appearance on stage consistent with venue standards
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to protect stage crew during performances
• Compile and submit monthly performance reports of all stage crew to the Stage Manager for review

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• More than 3 years of stage performing experience
• Good knowledge and wide selection of Mandarin pop songs to support performance repertoire
• Ability to sing in local dialects is an added advantage

• Working hours: Late shifts from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am
