  • Manage end-to-end hub operations.
  • Ensure all shipments are sorted and dispatched according to SLA.
  • Lead and motivate operational teams.
  • Optimize manpower and resource utilization.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.
