IT Project Manager - Core Banking

HCL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

To work closely with Flexcube Product on grooming requirements.
Own end to end delivery of Programs by working closely with multiple stakeholders till implementation.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs while working with stakeholders
Maintain program incremental planning, Sprint back logs and enable Sprint Demos, Sprint Retrospection.
Lead multi location delivery teams, driving performance, capability building and engagement.
Ensure robust governance, escalation management, risk mitigation, and compliance during entire cycle of development, testing and Implementation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing senior stakeholders across business and IT functions.
Lead Governance reviews, Quarterly reviews with Customer's senior management.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
10-15 years of experience in managing IT Projects in Core Banking
Good experience in Flexcube Core banking product and its interfaces.
Efficient in usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Communicate effectively with global customers, vendors, and internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
Good understanding of SLAs & KPIs and experience in implementing various measures to meet the set targets.
