Supply Chain Associate
PERSOL
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Associate to facilitate efficient logistics and distribution operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate supply chain activities while adhering to all internal protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and receive incoming materials as per established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure the timely transfer of materials to the appropriate storage areas, considering specific environmental requirements (e.g., ambient, refrigerated, frozen).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and execute proper system transactions.
- Manage pick and pack operations according to the issued pick list, ensuring correct packing configurations.
- Verify physical items against system records for consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and dispatch shipments to courier services, in compliance with all procedures.
- Receive and inspect returned materials in accordance with the return documentation.
- Process return transactions in the system following site SOPs, and store items securely until further instructions are provided.
- Manage rejected items by reclassifying their storage status and ensuring proper handling as per SOPs.
- Consolidate items slated for destruction and coordinate with waste disposal vendors for compliance.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory cycle counting as directed by management.
- Comply with site SOPs and policies consistently, and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or Warehouse Supervisor, with necessary training provided as required.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification related to supply chain management or logistics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and standard operating procedures in warehouse environments.
- Demonstrable accurate record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow directives from management effectively.
- Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and flexibility to undertake various tasks as needed.
