Travel Retail Regulatory Affairs Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and update laws and regulations related to cosmetics, providing regulatory guidance to support business objectives.

• Review and produce efficacy reports to meet claims and supporting requirements.

• Offer professional advice on all claim-related materials.

• Maintain an updated database of health permits and label requirements for products in Travel Retail Channels, including the development of e-labels.

• Update the ingredient restriction database based on amendments to regulations in China.

• Establish and maintain communication with regulatory authorities and local regulatory bodies to stay informed about updates and changes.

• Actively interpret evolving regulations and evaluate their impact on future business strategies.

• Ensure compliance of all associated materials, covering documentation, packaging, labeling, logistics, and content validation for both traditional and digital media.

• Collaborate closely with the international regulatory affairs team during product development to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.

• Prepare customs clearance documentation for products.

• Validate media content for Travel Retail China, both traditional and digital.

• Provide professional guidance to address product-related complaints aimed at protecting the brand’s reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs, with familiarity in cosmetic regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
