Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to planning timelines.
  • Produce minutes and action items for meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all project requirements are accurately documented.
  • Monitor and manage client-provided texts and materials, ensuring timely delivery to relevant internal functions.
  • Generate project documentation and collaborate with logistics teams for third-party setups.
  • Track and report on client inventory, aligning it with project needs.
  • Provide ongoing client support, including user setup and password management on relevant platforms.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and support supply chain processes.
  • Drive day-to-day project activities using project management software.
  • Ensure proper handling of project closures, including invoicing and destruction processes.
  • Collect and report key performance indicators to the project management team.
  • Assist in training efforts and maintain training documentation.
  • Mentor junior project staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Review contracts, address disputed invoices, and facilitate prompt resolution of payment queries.
  • Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager when required.
  • Ensure proficiency in all relevant software for project setup and tracking.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing standard operating procedures related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
  • Participate in recall team activities as necessary in the event of a project recall situation.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
