SAFETY COORDINATOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct daily WSH inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures

Assist WSH officer in incident/accident investigation and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence

Assist WSH officer in review risk assessments, safe work procedures and update risk register

Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance

Implement HSE procedures

Conduct inspection with subcontractors’ supervisors

Ensure all machinery and equipment at plants are in good working conditions

Ensure all workers at plants are wearing appropriate PPE at all times

Ensure proper housekeeping by the subcontractors on daily basis

Conduct daily toolbox with the subcontractors

Following up on all outstanding safety related issues

Operational duties will be assigned other than safety

Other duties as assigned by the Departmental Manager
