CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and contract documents.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to promote the company's services.
Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure all business activities comply with Singapore regulatory requirements and company policies.

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Good understanding of tendering processes and commercial contracts is an advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
