Sales Manager (Oil & Gas Solutions Provider) $7K - $8.5K + VB up to 2 months + AWS / Petrol + Mobile Allowances + Comm (Location: West)

Key Duties
· Drive sales strategy, revenue growth
· Maintain client relationships across end users, EPCs and fabricators in Singapore
· Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
· Develop and implement sales strategies for the Oil & Gas and aftermarket segments
· Identify and secure new clients; nurture and grow existing accounts
· Negotiate contracts and manage commercial terms
· Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting
· Prepare and present sales performance reports to the Sales Director
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical or related field
· Minimum 5 years' sales experience, with proven leadership and team management skills
· Knowledge of Instrumentation and Valves, or established customer network in Oil & Gas preferred
· Strong negotiation, contract management, and market analysis skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Class 3 driving license with own vehicle preferred
