Production Technician

Join a dynamic production team as a Polishing Machine Operator, responsible for ensuring high-quality output and efficient machine operation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the polishing machine effectively.

• Record daily output data and submit reports to the designated leader.

• Attend daily morning briefings and provide feedback on production issues.

• Communicate with team members regarding production-related matters during handover periods.

• Conduct warm-up activities for machines, as applicable.

• Report any non-conforming parts, technical issues, or machine malfunctions during processing.

• Inform the leader about any scrap or technical challenges faced during operations.

• Ensure optimal utilization of machines at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement of 'O' Levels, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics), or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.

• Competence in machine setup and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Willingness to perform shift work as required.
