Join a dynamic team as a Process Engineer, where you will leverage your expertise to enhance semiconductor processes and troubleshoot complex technical issues, driving efficiency and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze SPC charts using SPACE and apply PR rules to maintain a high quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC.
  • Review ESPC charts utilizing SPACE while adhering to all relevant guidelines.
  • Conduct analysis on split lot data, DOE data, ET, and sort yield
  • Create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB
  • Upload and verify recipe content compliance using RMS; raise PCRB and comprehend requirements for its opening.
  • Follow through with qualification plans, analyze data with required software, and ensure CR closure.
  • Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or specification updates with ECN.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers and support new process and equipment qualification.
  • Collaborate closely with Equipment Engineers on equipment acceptance processes.
  • Analyze data to identify chronic process issues and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Establish procedures for cross-departmental resolutions and coach engineers on effective tool usage.
  • Offer feedback and training to Process Engineers on troubleshooting and risk assessment skills.
  • Lead improvement projects, analyze process windows, and provide plans to enhance CPK and reduce OOC.
  • Facilitate process matching between equipment to minimize variation through analysis and DOE.
  • Work cohesively with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to achieve module objectives.
  • Drive the team to meet Uptime and OEE targets stipulated for key indices.
  • Lead a small cross-functional task force addressing yield improvements and excursion challenges.
  • Engage with cross-fab benchmarking activities to adopt best practices campus-wide.
  • Conduct self-audits and update documentation to align with TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
  • Proven capability to identify, assess, and resolve technical problems.
  • Willingness to work normal/swing shifts or 12-hour rotating shifts as needed.
  • Prior experience in foundry or similar industry is advantageous.
