The duties vary depending on the healthcare setting, but generally include:
Assess patients' condition and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Perform bedside nursing care.
Assist patients with activities of daily living when required.
Observe patients and report changes to doctors or senior nurses.
Medication administration
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
Assist during minor procedures.
Operate and monitor medical equipment where required.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Ensure medication safety.
Respond to emergencies within your scope of practice.
Maintain a safe clinical environment
Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Nursing
Prior nursing experience will be required
