Job Purpose
Supports the planning, coordination, and administration of technical training and development programs. The role manages training schedules, competency assessments, certifications, LMS administration, training records, reporting, onboarding, and learning resources while coordinating with employees, managers, and external providers. It helps ensure effective learning delivery, compliance, and continuous workforce development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical competency assessments and support learning needs analysis.
- Administer technical training, certifications, and Learning Management System (LMS) activities.
- Manage training records, budgets, reports, dashboards, and Udemy license administration.
- Coordinate training logistics, workshops, webinars, and liaise with training providers and stakeholders.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain learning compliance.
- Administer technical onboarding programmes, track completion, and maintain onboarding records.
- Support continuous improvement of learning, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
