Project Coordinator

- Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
- Related Certificate in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.1. Supervise, direct and instruct junior foreman and contractors by ensuring technical
- specifications and drawings given are compiled within time and quality standards.
- 2.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure specifications are met and safety Regulations are enforced.
- 3. Supervise Sub-contractors and nominated subcontractors' progress and quality of work.
- 4. Make regular site inspections to identify nonconformances.
- 5. Communicate and co-ordinate between the site staff and sub-contractors.
- 6. Prepare and keep day work records.
- 7. Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
