HR Executive (Payroll & Recruitment)
GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD
Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, HRIS updates, statutory submissions (CPF/IRAS), payroll reports, and employee payroll enquiries while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate the full recruitment process, including interview scheduling, liaising with hiring managers and agencies, preparing employment offers, and supporting employee onboarding.
Handle daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing leave, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
Prepare HR reports, support performance management, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Assist with HR projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and provide general HR administrative support as required.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field with 2–4 years of HR experience, including payroll processing (BIPO HRMS or similar) and knowledge of Singapore employment regulations is an advantage.
