Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain product benefits clearly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and necessary sales documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
