Entry Level Admin Assistant (Purchasing & Marketing Support)

Work Location: Town Area, Singapore
(Based at one retail outlet. Occasionally required to support another nearby outlet.)
Salary: $2,700 – $3,100 (Depending on relevant experience)
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (5.5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities
Support Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR) by collecting, checking and compiling data from various departments.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
Coordinate with suppliers on orders and documentation.
Prepare and update promotional sign cards and pricing materials.
Maintain proper filing, records and documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
Provide administrative support to Category Managers.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
Administrative experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Organised, meticulous and willing to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.
