Entry Level Admin Assistant (Purchasing & Marketing Support)

Work Location: Town Area, Singapore

(Based at one retail outlet. Occasionally required to support another nearby outlet.)

Salary: $2,700 – $3,100 (Depending on relevant experience)

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (5.5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR) by collecting, checking and compiling data from various departments.

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders and documentation.

  • Prepare and update promotional sign cards and pricing materials.

  • Maintain proper filing, records and documentation for reporting and audit purposes.

  • Provide administrative support to Category Managers.

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.

  • Administrative experience is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

  • Organised, meticulous and willing to learn.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
