Position Overview

We are seeking a Market Operations & Editorial Associate to support critical operational, editorial, and market curation functions across the platform. You will help bring new markets to life by reviewing proposals, refining event descriptions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring all market-facing content is clear, accurate, and consistent.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, articulate, and naturally curious about how real-world events can be structured, priced, and traded. You will work closely with internal teams and external contributors while taking sustained ownership over quality, consistency, and operational follow-through.

Exceptional candidates can grow into senior operations, research, product, or strategy roles over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations with the team, including verification, curation, and final review of market proposals
• Write and refine clear, accurate event descriptions, market rules, and resolution criteria
• Maintain editorial consistency and accuracy across market-facing text
• Coordinate with product, research, and operations teams to streamline workflows and resolve blockers
• Collaborate with external communities, partners, vendors, and idea contributors to evaluate new market concepts
• Ensure quality assurance across event listings, market descriptions, references, and rulesets
• Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, tooling, and workflows as the platform scales

• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clean, concise, and precise copy
• Working knowledge of market microstructure, onchain trading mechanics, financial markets, or related domains
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of accurate, high-quality work
• Experience in operations, research, editorial, content, fintech, crypto, trading, or a related field
• Comfortable communicating with external vendors, partners, community contributors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong work ethic, accountability, reliability, and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping details
• Genuine interest in DeFi, event-based markets, market design, and emerging financial primitives

Nice To Have

• Direct experience with prediction markets, event derivatives, or onchain protocols
• Background in quantitative research, trading operations, market operations, or market-making
• Familiarity with smart contracts, token mechanics, blockchain ecosystems, or DeFi primitives
• Experience building or improving operational systems and tooling from scratch
• Journalism, financial news, research, or markets-focused editorial background
