Marketing Communications & Events Executive

Role Summary
The Marketing Communications & Events Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and key stakeholders to achieve specific company objectives. Key goals include driving digital sales, increasing lead generation, boosting brand engagement, and optimizing conversions. As a vital member of the team, you will be the primary individual responsible for executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing events end-to-end, and providing robust digital marketing and content support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Management
End-to-End Planning: Independently plan, organize, and manage corporate events and exhibition activations from conception to completion.
On-Ground Execution: Lead on-site execution, manage logistics, coordinate remote support, and handle real-time troubleshooting during live events.
Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with vendors, venues, and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact during activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product Management) and external business/technology agencies to curate unique brand activations.
Budget Optimization: Align event execution with strict marketing budgets while maintaining high-quality brand standards.
Market Expansion: Identify new initiatives to engage customers, acquire users, and showcase product value.
Reporting: Prepare post-event campaign reports to measure success and ROI.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Support
Campaign & Content Execution: Assist in creating and launching engaging marketing campaigns and social media content, including short-form video content.
Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all promotional channels and activations.
Collateral Development: Support the creation of targeted email (EDM) campaigns, blog posts, case studies, white papers, product sheets, newsletters, and press releases.
Calendar Management: Oversee the monthly social media and marketing calendar, handling content scheduling, promotional timelines, and event coordination.
Analytics & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., impressions, unique visits, followers, clicks, sales).
Market Research: Support social performance tracking, social listening, and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and improvements.
Website & Community Management: Actively engage in social media discussions to foster community growth and assist in updating website content copy for consistency.

Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is highly advantageous to effectively support business initiatives in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
