Car Detailer/Polisher

Perform exterior and interior vehicle detailing to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Carry out machine polishing, paint correction, and paint enhancement to restore vehicle finishes.

Wash, wax, clay bar, and apply protective coatings to vehicle surfaces.

Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, leather, dashboards, and door panels.

Apply ceramic coatings, paint sealants, waxes, and other vehicle protection products according to company standards.

Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality workmanship.

Identify paint defects, scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and recommend suitable detailing treatments.

Handle detailing equipment, polishing machines, and cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.

Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the detailing bay, tools, and equipment.

Ensure all work is completed within the allocated timeframe while meeting quality standards.

Follow workplace safety procedures and comply with company policies.

Assist with other vehicle grooming and workshop-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in car detailing, polishing, or vehicle grooming is preferred (training can be provided for candidates with a positive attitude).

Knowledge of polishing techniques, paint correction, ceramic coating, or paint protection film (PPF) is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
