Job Description & Requirements
- Receive physical samples at the counter or delivery point, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to chain-of-custody requirements.
- Check accompanying forms for completeness and accuracy before acceptance.
- Enter sample details into the tracking system and assign appropriate codes or barcodes.
- Ensure samples are stored or transferred according to temperature, safety, and handling protocols.
- Communicate promptly with relevant departments for urgent or priority samples.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Nitec in any field
- Prior Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
