People & Culture, Senior Executive

Role Purpose
The Senior Executive, People & Culture serves as the primary HR contact for the Audit business unit and supports managers and employees on people-related matters. The role focuses on business partnering support, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning support while developing broader HRBP capabilities.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as theprimary People & Culture contact for the Audit business unit.
- Build effective working relationships with Audit leaders, managers, and employees.
- Support managers on employee lifecycle matters including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee matters to the Manager, People &Culture where appropriate.
- Support the Manager, People & Culture on Singapore-wide People & Culture initiatives and projects where required.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Support managers in handling employee relations and workplace matters.
- Assist with disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and employee concerns.
- Support performance management processes and employee development discussions.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans.
- Monitor employee trends and identify potential employee risks.
Recruitment & Workforce Support
- Lead recruitment activities for the Audit business unit.
- Support recruitment activities across other Singapore business units for positions upto Assistant Manager level.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring requirements, candidate management, and recruitment planning.
- Work closely with the Manager, People & Culture on workforce planning and hiring needs across the Singapore business.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives within the Audit business unit.
- Partner with managers to improve employee experience and retention.
- Support employee communication and change initiatives.
- Participate in engagement survey activities and follow-up action planning.
HR Operations & Team Support
- Provide guidance and support to the Executive, People & Culture on operational matters.
- Support payroll and HR operational matters where required.
- Assist with HR reporting and employee data analysis.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes across the Audit portfolio.
Projects& Group Initiatives
- Support implementation of Group and regional People & Culture initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Support organizational and change management initiatives where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Singapore payroll practices, CPF, and IRAS requirements
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Times Pro and Darwinbox) and Microsoft Office
