Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to provide on-site IT assistance and support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level technical support to customers using remote tools or on-site visits to resolve IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment to restore functionality.
  • Record detailed information on issues, solutions, and updates accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed to maintain service availability.
  • Adapt to new technologies and processes by actively learning and applying new skills during training.
