Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate on-site operations and workforce activities
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality of work and deadlines are met
• Planning of work and tasks to provide clear direction to workers
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc
• Procurement and Monitoring of structure related materials
• Responsible for all inspections and report any issues or delays.
• Attend sub-con meetings
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with PE design
• Planning work activities are carried out in safe working environment
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
