Brief description of the job duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating course materials, including slides, templates, and visuals, to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for training sessions, trainers, and learners.
- Coordinate class schedules and trainer assignments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the organization and maintenance of marketing media assets for internal and marketing use, and SIRS’ website migration to ISOMER 2.0.
- Monitor online learning activities and track learner progress, including follow-ups on assignments and participation.
- Assist in collecting, compiling, and reporting learner feedback and survey results.
- Support adjunct trainers with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Provide general office support across departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements

- Multitasker
- Good Spoken and Written Communication Skills
- Able to work with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Google Classroom)
- Experience with website management (ideally with ISOMER 2.0)
- Adept with Microsoft Office
Contract Duration: 6 months (July 2026 – December 2026)
Working Arrangement
- Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
- Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: S$2,600 – $3,000 per month, commensurate with experience
