Brief description of the job duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating course materials, including slides, templates, and visuals, to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for training sessions, trainers, and learners.
  • Coordinate class schedules and trainer assignments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of marketing media assets for internal and marketing use, and SIRS’ website migration to ISOMER 2.0.
  • Monitor online learning activities and track learner progress, including follow-ups on assignments and participation.
  • Assist in collecting, compiling, and reporting learner feedback and survey results.
  • Support adjunct trainers with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Provide general office support across departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Able to work with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Google Classroom)
  • Experience with website management (ideally with ISOMER 2.0)
  • Adept with Microsoft Office

Contract Duration: 6 months (July 2026 – December 2026)

Working Arrangement

  • Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
  • Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: S$2,600 – $3,000 per month, commensurate with experience
